-Remove debris and/or vegitation from roof surfaces. Assuring that there are no areas of ponding water.
-Make sure that drains are clear, check clamping rings and bolts for a secure fit.
-Inspect caulking on flashings and pitch pans.
-Visually inspect seams for water tightness
-Check for wind disbursement of ballast.
-Check for membrane punctures.
-Top off pitch pans
